Here is a short video of my hill making process. I'm not a Youtuber or content creator so my camera skills and editing are questionable. 

In this video I show my hill crafying process, typically a 3-5 stage process depending on the desired finish of the hill. 

All my hill bases are 6mm mdf to provide a sturdy and warp reducing base. I then use a mixture of XPS or polysteyrene foam to build up the hill structure, depending on what I have in my scraps box.
